Analysis of planning and questions answered by a professional.
Personalized budget breakdown and reconciliation.
DESIGN AND DECOR SERVICES
Full service event design and decorating (i.e., logistics, layout, theme, colors, favors, and more).
VENDOR RECOMMENDATIONS & BOOKING
Research and recommend vendors (i.e., photographers, disc jockey, caterers, etc).
Arrange all vendor appointments and review vendor contracts upon request.
VENUE RECOMMENDATIONS & TOURS
Research and recommend venues tailored to couple's budget and needs.
Arrange venue tours.
Coordination of guests' transportation (i.e., Uber, Lyft, Shuttle Service, Party Bus, etc).
Invitation assembly and mailing (postage provided by client).
RSVP tracking including meal selections.
Welcome bag design, assembly, and delivery.
Bridal Shower Planning.
Rehearsal Dinner Planning.
Day-After Brunch Planning.
A la carte options do not include the purchase of items.
CANCELLATION OF PLANNING/COORDINATION SERVICES
Please be aware that once the contract is signed, and your event date scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specified service for your event date, and thus all deposits are non-refundable. Since our Planning and/or Coordination Services are largely on time and planning, we do our best to provide a refund policy that takes this into account. If the assigned Planner/Coordinator is unable to attend events, or complete the contract due to illness, tragedy, “Acts of God” or “Force Majeure”, Planner/Coordinator will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide a replacement with capabilities and experience to finish the tasks. Down-grading of services once this agreement has been signed by both parties will not be honored.
