Your wedding is one of the most important events in your life.  We recognize this and would love to work with you in creating the memories.  We will design an event that reflects your vision.  No two events are the same and we will work hard to create a memorable experience for you and your guests.  While you concentrate on enjoying yourself and celebrating with your guests, we concentrate on providing outstanding service.  Weddings can be very stressful and we want you and your family to enjoy every bit of it.  Events by Stace offers planning services made unique to your needs.  We offer Month-of Coordination and Partial Planning Services.  Any package can be customized to fit your planning needs, complexity and size of your wedding.

'MONTH-OF' COORDINATION

Do you have everything planned but need help on the big day?

This package begins 2 months prior to your wedding date.  This is for the couple who has everything under control but needs professional assistance to carry out their hard work on the wedding day.  All of your vendors have been booked and it's time to hand over the details.

PARTIAL PLANNING + STYLING

Have you selected your venue and completed some of the planning​ but need more help?​

This package begins 9-12 months prior to your wedding date. This service is perfect for the couple who wants a professional partner throughout the planning process, but also want to be very hands-on.  Events by Stace will assist with design and décor, offer vendor recommendations, provide unlimited advice and manage the details of the wedding day.

Do you offer Day-of Coordination?

Even though this service has been called "Day-of Coordination", it is absolutely impossible to just show up and be successful.  We offer "Month-of Coordination" services, which allows us enough time to have logistic meetings and understand your vision 6-8 weeks prior to your event date.

Are you booking for 2025?

Only for Partial Planning or Full Planning Services.

What's the typical budget you work with?

Our clients will typically come to us with a minimum budget of $45K.  This is generally for a wedding of 100-150 guests, within a 75 mile radius of Baltimore, MD.

How many weddings do you coordinate/plan per year?

In an effort to maintain our sanity, we max out at 15-20 (various service types).

05.

When should I book Month-of Coordination Services?

It is advisable to book as early as possible to secure the date.

06.

How many Coordinators will there be at the wedding?

Typically, there is one Lead Coordinator and one Assistant Coordinator for weddings up to 150 guests.  For weddings with a higher guest count and multiple locations, we will need to bring more assistants to make sure your event runs smoothly.

My venue provides a coordinator, do I still need to hire one?

A Venue Coordinator is very different from a Wedding Coordinator. Your Venue Coordinator is there to make sure everything related to the venue is going well. Typically they do not provide a timeline for you, set up decorations and manage other vendors and your guests. Make sure to talk to your venue and understand the responsibilities of the venue coordinator before you decide not to hire a wedding coordinator!

Will you set-up decor we've already purchased or rental from other companies?

We will set up pre-assembled centerpieces and small decor items. Any larger structures will need to be discussed. We will not setup tables and chairs but a clear plan will be discussed during the planning process.  We'd be happy to add additional setup staff, if needed.

How many weddings do you manage per weekend?

ONE.
