Established in 2014, Events by Stace, LLC is a certified woman-owned, minority full service event management and design company serving the Greater Maryland and Washington, D.C. area. We take pride in providing high-quality professional, innovative, and creative service to clients from diverse backgrounds. From beginning to end, our experienced event concierges plan, design, and manage seamless events including, but not limited to, corporate and private events and weddings.

CORPORATE PLANNING & COORDINATION SERVICES

 

All packages include:

  • Oversee event setup and design at event location, including all miscellaneous details.

  • Manage onsite vendor deliveries and roles and responsibilities, e.g., supervise and communicate with chef and catering staff to ensure they are updated on the event timeline.

  • Greet guests and direct them to event location.

  • Answer guests’ questions throughout the event.

  • Ensure special guests and dignitaries are given exclusive accommodation.

  • Maintain the agreed upon event timeline.

  • Troubleshoot any issues or concerns that may arise throughout the day.

  • Gather and secure all items that should be returned to the company, i.e., sign-in sheets, favors, and miscellaneous materials.

  • Ensure event comes to a successful close and assist with cleanup, while ensuring that the facility’s policies are met.

  • Provide unlimited phone and email availability from date of contracted service until the day of the event.

  • Host one pre-planning meeting with the client and vendor(s), as appropriate, to ensure all plans are in place.

  • Access to a professional event manager the day of the event for up to six hours during the event.

Strategy Two Package

  • Complimentary Consultation

  • Provide unlimited phone and email availability from date of contracted service until the day of the event.

  • Host up to three pre-planning meetings with the client and vendor(s), as appropriate, to ensure all plans are in place.

  • Access to a professional event manager the day of the event for up to eight hours during the event.

Strategy Three Package

  • Complimentary Consultation

  • Provide unlimited phone and email availability from date of contracted service until the day of the event.

  • Host up to five pre-planning meetings with the client and vendor(s), as appropriate, to ensure all plans are in place.

  • Access to a professional event manager the day of the event for up to ten hours during the event.

  • Prepare and provide a detailed timeline to the client.

  • Manage and reconcile event budget.

  • Research and recommend vendor(s), e.g., event location, caterers.

  • Arrange all vendor appointments and review vendor contracts upon request, e.g., caterers, decor and design consultants, guest accommodations.

Strategy Four Package

  • Complimentary Consultation

  • Provide unlimited phone and email availability from date of contracted service until the day of the event.

  • Host up to five pre-planning meetings with the client and vendor(s), as appropriate, to ensure all plans are in place.

  • Access to two professional event manager the day of the event for up to ten hours during the event.

  • Prepare and provide a detailed timeline to the client.

  • Manage and reconcile event budget.

  • Research and recommend vendor(s), e.g., event location, caterers.

  • Arrange all vendor appointments and review vendor contracts upon request, e.g., caterers, decor and design consultants, guest accommodations.

  • Search for and/ or recommend event speakers.

  • Assist with all event design and decor needs.

  • Participate in final walk-through and logistics meeting at event location.

EVENT FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

  • Manage and reconcile event budget.

 

DESIGN AND DECOR SERVICES

  • Full service event design and decorating, i.e., logistics, layout, theme, colors, favors, and more.

 

VENDOR SERVICES

  • Research and recommend vendor(s), e.g., event location, caterers, guest favors.

MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES

  • A la carte options do not include the purchase of these items but strictly the coordination and recommendations.

  • Two coordinators are required for events with 50 or more guests.
